My progress was lost — Progress is saved locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes saves. We recommend using Android Backup for cloud saves.
The app crashes on startup — Ensure you have Android 8.0+ and at least 100 MB free storage. Try clearing the app cache in Settings → Apps → Mountain Novela → Storage.
How do I unlock all endings? — There are 6 unique endings determined by your choices across all chapters. Replay the story and choose different paths to discover them all.
